No - everything is adapted to you no matter your fitness or experience level
What if I have an injury or niggle?
Sessions are fully coached and personalised so you can train safely and confidently.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
The 6 week programme is no obligation to stay on as a member - however if you love it and decide to continue, then we have a range of membership options to choose from. You will be able to have a discussion with your coach to determine which is the best option for you and your goals.
How many sessions a week do I need to do?
You will work with a coach to determine which sessions will be best for you depending on your availability and your goals - we usually recommend between 2-4 sessions per week and a mixture of strength and conditioning.
